I have had it now for a little over month and I love the styling, the ride and power. I upgraded the rear shocks to the Indian piggyback shocks. This upgrade made a huge difference. I dont plan on making any huge modifications as I love the motorcycle as is. I dont mind the stock exhaust as I like being aware of my surroundings. Just want to say that the Service Dept is the best Ive ever seen and been to!! Ryan (Service Manager) and Landon (Shop Foreman) were outstanding, honest, and have a can-do, will-do attitude and professional demeanor!!! I was so impressed by their service on my new 2024 Spyder that I had bought at another dealership!!! I had some fault codes on my Spyder and they took it right in and did everything that SHOULD have been done by the original dealership that wasnt! They were friendly and personable (with a smile). Even though they were super busy they got the Spyder in the bay within 15 minutes!!! I am so impressed by Ryan and Landons take care of the customer that I will ONLY take my Spyder to them for ALL my service needs. I also did a Google review (with pics) of my Spyder. As our sales person, Tyler Lynham was very knowledgable and answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. In fact he was more knowledgeable and accurate in his information than a factory rep that I had viewed on Youtube. I would not hesitate to buy from Tyler again. The product was delivered in perfect order but for one minor part that needed to be replaced. Tyler jumped on it and the parts department has been great in their customer service follow through.

Purchased my Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 from Woods Cycle Country on June 3rd, 2023.
Huge, well stocked, clean and organized dealership with a huge selection and courteous staff.
Spot on communication from the get-go with Caleb Barrett as my excellent sales consultant, he made the process to purchase so easy and stress free, coordinating my arrival from Northern Texas and having the bike ready for pickup on the showroom floor, just built out of the crate, sparkling and brand new. I pre-arranged my own financing with my credit union and everything else with Caleb by phone and text before traveling to the dealership, total out the door price the motorcycle was transparent with all taxes, registration and fees disclosed and itemized up front; no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. Caleb assisted me with getting the motorcycle loaded into the back of my truck and tied down appropriately for the long drive back home. The dealership has a platform ramp where the bike can just roll straight across into the bed of your pickup. Caleb was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, cordial and polite with follow-up a few weeks after purchase to see how I'm doing with the bike and if I had any questions or concerns he could address. Chris Reyes in parts is another outstanding individual I met. While my paperwork was being ready for purchase, he showed me his personal Royal Enfield GT650 with all the farkles he installed, absolutely stunning looking motorcycle with the sound emanating from the aftermarket exhaust system installed best described as a rumble and bark that is fruity and ferocious music to the ears from the 270 crank twin cylinder motor. Here's the kicker though, Royal Enfield had a promotion that did not get much broadcast/air time, I certainly didn't know about it and I am fairly good at doing my research before purchasing a vehicle, and the dealer did not have the information yet at the time I purchased my motorcycle. Chris called me two days ago to let me know how about the promotion they found out that I had no knowledge of; the promotion was a sizable amount of Royal Enfield parts accessories for the motorcycle I purchased and offered to hold them at the dealership for me to pick up If I wanted to drive back there, or to ship them to me at current UPS rates. Unfortunately as much as I'd like to go to the dealership again to look at all the eye candy on the floor, it is a wee bit too far of a drive to pick up accessories - I opted to pay for the UPS shipping at cost. Chris had UPS pickup the accessories from the dealership yesterday and they are already on my doorstep today; wicked fast and efficient.
Before anyone complains that it was not fair that I had to pay for shipping for the accessories from a promotion the dealer did not have full information on at the time of purchase, I will just say that the accessories are valued about 6 times more than I paid for the UPS shipping. Chris did not have to contact me to let me know about the promotion and accessories almost a month after I purchased the motorcycle, I would have had no idea and then been none the wiser as I am completely satisfied with the motorcycle as purchased and have not been conducting any more research into it after I purchased it. That ladies and gentlemen is the most rare and highest measure of integrity, exceptional customer service and a business truly earning your business. This is why we support family owned businesses versus corporations.

Had a great experience with your Service Department, in particular Pierce Carter and Technician Zachary Klinger. Had major service performed on my 2012 Kawasaki Mule 610 and in order to complete the work, both Pierce and Zachary stayed late on a Saturday evening to ensure the work was completed and that I could pick up the machine the following Tuesday. As a General Manager for a nationwide car dealership and avid motorcyclist (26 Years and over 100k miles logged) I think of myself as particularly discerning when it comes to shopping for a motorcycle. The Experience at Wood's Cycle Country in New Braunfels was nothing short of exceptional. After having a horrible experience at Big Tex Indian Motorcycle in Denton (They literally sold the bike while I was heading there to test ride it. Even after I had spoken with their salesperson and he assured me he would hold it!) I found the perfect Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse at Woods in New Braunfels.
Reid was my first contact and was extremely professional, courteous and honest. I was willing to drive the 5 and a half hours to get the bike and Reid assured me they would hold it for me. True to his word Reid partnered with Jess and they held the bike.
When I arrived at the dealership everyone was polite and welcoming and I was impressed by how professional and courteous everyone was. The dealership was very clean and everyone was dressed professionally. Literally everyone I interacted with knew my name and treated my wife and I as if we were the only customers there and they were busy. This was my first experience with Wood's. Karah Wines ( Service Writer) is the best customer service person with whom I've ever dealt, and I'm 66. Friendly, accurate, attentive. My Ranger had a jammed transmission. She recognized that there might have been a recall on it and was correct. She kept me up to date on the progress of the repair from ETA's on parts, to when it went into the shop, to when it would be ready. Wood's beat the ETA by a day. Super friendly folks from reception to the guys that moved the machine around on the fork lift.

Just wanted to pass along a big attaboy to Karah and Landon in the service department who went above and beyond to get my Roxor turned around within 24 hours so I could head out to another hunting trip and really need it to get it repaired in a hurry. On Sunday it was stuck in park and I could not get it into gear. I arrived at 9am when you guys opened on Tuesday and Karah got me all checked in with no scheduled appointment and then Landon proceeded to get the Roxor in gear and off the trailer within 10 minutes of looking at it. They then get it into the shop right away same day knowing I was in a time crunch and called me back the next morning on Wednesday stating it was fixed and ready to go. I could not believe it! Can't think these 2 enough for the customer service job they did and this is my second purchase from Woods and it ill be the only place I ever buy a UTV from again. What a great experience. I have never been known for writing good reviews, although Woods Cycle Country has earned more than one excellent review from me. The buying experience with the sales guy Daniel and sales manager Joe was just top notch. Absolute no BS. It all went well. My expectations are only what they tell me up front. They are stand up folks. I drove 150 miles to make this purchase, discussed it very thoroughly via telephone and text with the salesman Daniel, and also with the sales manager Joe. We stopped at a dealer in San Antonio just to check out other possibilities. They didn't want to sell us what we wanted, they were pushing a mule that had been used for there service department. Well, all this talking about the great straight shooting sales staff of Woods Cycle Country, that was just the leading edge. It was raining the next weekend when we went back to pick up our Kawasaki Trans Mule. A week or so afterwards I noticed the brake lights were staying on. Being a pretty good mechanic, I was having difficulty several attempts getting to the brake light switch to make an adjustment.. Our sales guy, Daniel texted just to follow up after the sale. I told him about the brake light issue and he had the service manager Ryan call me just about quitting time. He went out to a unit and took a video of what I need to do to fix it without having to take it to a dealer in town. Then he also followed up just or make sure. First and foremost I live in San Antonio and bypassed another popular motorcycle store in San Antonio due to their repeatedly poor phone etiquette, sales and service to have my Slingshot serviced for a recall at Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels which is at least another 20 minutes further. From my first phone call with the receptionist and my service advisor Travis I was very comfortable. Travis was thorough in explaining, returning calls and scheduling my appointment. When I arrived for my service they thoroughly inspected my Slingshot for any damage prior to them servicing it in case there might be an issue afterwards. The showroom was massive, neat and all the bikes and merchandise gleamed of class. One of the best showrooms of any type I've ever been in. Several employees offered me water as well as Travis (my service advisor) who took the time to find me and bring me water. The entire staff (receptionist, service, floor sales) was engaging, polite and no one was pushing to make a sale nor selling service.
My service was completed on time, my Slingshot was still clean without greasy handprints and the service was thoroughly explained. I've bought vehicles from dealerships and paid for service and did 'NOT' receive the level of customer service I received at Woods for a recall from which they made no profit nor was the Slingshot bought from them. Been meaning to post this for a while, finally got around to it. No good excuse, because Woods Cycle Country is probably the best overall m/c dealership I've been to (and I've been to plenty). With a great selection of bikes, some of the best ATV/UTV customization jobs I've seen, watercraft, parts, and service, they've got it all. And sales personnel: if Rob Edwards doesn't win Salesman of the Year EVERY year, well I just don't see how that could be. Since we first discovered Woods CC, we've bought a Yamaha, a Kawasaki, a Polaris Ranger, helmets, boots, and a ton of other gear, and Rob has helped us every step of the way. He's patient, knowledgable, always courteous, and has a memory like a steel trap. Outstanding in every way. Kudos to management for bringing him on -- now go find ten more like him!Oh yeah -- and there's Charlie in the service department. Charlie is a true rider's wrench; the man surely knows his stuff (and not just because he rides the same bike I've got). He helps us keep moving down the highway, always with the rubber side down. Kudos to Charlie and the whole service dept. And my hat (helmet) is off for everyone at Woods CC!

I spoke to the Service Manager, who came out to my home that same afternoon, did a complete review of all of the service work, and made one minor adjustment to be sure everything was good. I bought a new Spyder from Woods Cycle. Recently I had an issue with it. After contacting Woods, I was told that the issue was normal and will not affect the operation. I did not accept that answer and contacted BRP. Their answer was to contact the dealer. Explained that I did that to no effect. I made myself a pest with BRP following 4 e-mails and 2 phone call. Again their answer was to contact the dealer. I called the dealer and spoke to Schuyler, service manager. I asked him to call BRP regarding my issue. He was not very positive at first but agreed to do that. That was Friday. Schuyler called me the next morning and told me he was able to convince BRP to have my problem corrected under warranty. WOW. This guy went to bat for me and I commend him for that. That is what a good customer service is about. Again thank you and you earned my confidence. I will recommend Woods Cycle anytime.

These guys are amazing, I purchased a Kawasaki Mule, about a year after my purchase they had a recall on it, and after the recall was installed I noticed that the tires occasionally rubbed on the fender, I talked to Skylar the service manager and 2 years down the road and out of warranty they took my Mule back and installed new components to correct the situation, and on top of that they gave me a free service for my trouble, in my 67 years I have purchased many trucks, motor cycles, boats and ATVs and never have I come across a dealership as honorable as these guys, THEY ARE MY DEALER, you should check them out before looking anywhere else.

I bought my a son a new Kawasaki kx250. Rob was our salesman and he did an outstanding job. I shopped around and came back to Rob because he gave us a very competitive price right up front. He was a straight shooter. In the end, I could have saved a $100 or so going with someone else, but we chose to buy from Rob. Everyone else at the dealership was very cool, very helpful. All of them are very good people, but when it comes to consistent superior customer service, Adrian Acosta is the best of the best. Each and every time I deal with Adrian in the make ready dept at Woods, I come away with a very good feeling. He is consistently friendly and greets me with a genuine smile, as apposed to an expressionless "oh here's that guy i gotta do something for" look. Not only is he courteous and friendly, he is efficient. He seems to know exactly what needs to be done, and how to do it, in the most efficient way. In an industry where time is money, this benefits both me and the dealership by getting it done, and done right, quickly. Adrian goes above and beyond, sometimes completing tasks that are not under his particular job function to accomplish this. This gets me on the road faster, serving the dealerships customers. Resently i took my 2015 Polaris Sportsman in for EPS issue. Needless to say i was a week over on my warranty!!
...but let me back up a little, i bought my Polaris from Kent in Selma. And after 2.5 hrs of owning it, and one trip to the track in Marion for a quick ride my rear axle broke in half. Service guys at desk accused my of all sorts of things to have caused the damage. General manager even got Unprofessional with my wife after her plea for some warranty help. At that point we decided to take our business to Woods. And it has payed off!! These guys at service do an outstanding job. The perfect bike for me, as it turns out. Note to owner's: I'm sure you've been told many times, Paul is one of your Best representatives and your fortunate to have him on your team! I was looking to purchase a machine for use in my real estate business. I was first directed to the 2015 Kawasaki Pro-FXT by another dealer. I contacted Woods Cycle Country to get another opinion/price and was quickly connected with Kelly Lagedrost in Sales. First and foremost, he's a genuine guy and as I expect in my real estate business, he's an expert in his business and I wanted HIS expertise to help me pick the right machine to meet my needs (not sell me what might be in his best interest). When we talked about what I REALLY needed to best meet my needs, he let me know that HIS machine of choice (that would match my business need) was the Polaris Crew 570 (less expensive than the machine I originally called about). So, he gave me his price. The other dealer gave me a price a little bit lower but the numbers really didn't make sense (mathematically) AND they would make me go somewhere else to purchase the trailer to haul it. Kelly and I had a few conversations but he 'gave me information' without just trying to make the sale. He was awesome in following up with me to validate the other dealers numbers which all along gave me a reason to be suspicious. To be honest, I didn't have a day to burn finding out they would have made and 'error' that I would have to absorb. I pressed Kelly and his numbers and he got REALLY close to the other dealer's suspect numbers (within 1.5%) so I agreed to make the purchase with Woods Cycle Country. My satisfaction did not stop there. So, we travelled from Austin down to New Braunfels to make the purchase. We arrived within about 15 minutes of when I told Kelly I would be there (keep in mind the decision to make the purchase to picking up the machine was less than ONE day). Dang, it was like being invited into the Admirals Club with American Airlines at the airport. Kelly met us with ALL the paperwork in order. No problems with numbers or misrepresentations, EVERYTHING was just as he had committed to me before I made the trip down. So here's my opinion of where Woods Cycle Country took it up a notch, he (Kelly) led us over to meet the Parts Rep (sorry, he was awesome but I don't remember his name) and he reviewed the entire order with us to ensure there was nothing else we'd need. There were a few items that were in our best interest to have and we added that to the order. Then he walked us over to the Service Dept and we met with Travis who talked to us about the Service Dept and their recommendations (I can tell you I will ALWAYS drive the extra few miles to have these guys take care of my machine's needs) who walked us through everything. Then Travis walked us over to get our machine titled about paid for. Everything was as promised, no problems and no changes. It was awesome.Next, my boy was allowed to 'BANG THE GONG' which may sound a little cheezy but made us 'FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS' when everyone in Sales, Service, Reception, Management and Parts hooted about OUR purchase. The Woods Cycle Country Team was excited about our purchase. We quickly loaded up our machine and began our trip back to Austin.So, here's my summary. My gut told me to drive 60 miles south to Woods Cycle Country from Austin rather than 25 miles north to the other dealer. I have to say, I walked away feeling like a very respected customer who made a great purchase. I made the right choice.EVERY team member of Woods Cycle Country was focused on Customer Satisfaction! I would totally recommend you buy any machine from this company! I'm just one business owner/customer, who's business is about customer satisfaction, and I was TRUELY impressed on who we were dealt with. Give Woods Cycle Country a chance and DO ME A FAVOR, ASK FOR KELLY LAGEDROST in Sales, he's your best choice!Bryan

I purchased a 2013 Fz6r from Wood's Cycle Country on Thurs. April 10th, and will cheerfully recommend them from now on. I called Wood's Cycle Country Wed. night, because I had bought from Central Texas Powersports previously, and they really let me down as a return customer on this purchase attempt... Wood's had the same bike in their inventory, and Blake was a straight-shooter from the start. Once the deal was begun over the phone,(both respecting and saving me VALUABLE time), I was there as quick as could be Thursday. Blake Flanagan was the salesperson to make my deal, and is an asset to their business. He was product-knowledgeable, extremely personable and eager to make the sales experience as comfortable and easy as could be. All paperwork was handled over the phone with my bank, and there was a minor problem on my bank's end, but Justin and Joe in Finance were phenomenally patient and willing to put forth the extra effort to see everything got straightened out. Met the owner, Mark, and Travis in Service,and the rest of the staff there. They are all cordial, courteous, happy to serve, and willing to listen and address your questions. They all exceeded my expectations with this motorcycle purchase. I will be happy to go 90 miles from my home to their door, bypassing the local dealership, for the excellent customer service and I feel they have showed me that they are worth my return business in the future. There aren't many companies across any industry segment that truly go above and beyond in their servicing anymore. Woods Cycle Country is one of the few left. I purchased a brand new Polaris Ranger back in October. I recently had an issue with a speed sensor, which come to find out is a factory recall on this particular make/model. I didn't have my trailer locally and my Ranger was down in South Texas at my ranch. Mark Sheffield and all of the guys in servicing were incredibly helpful in ttrying to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When we weren't successful in trouble shooting remote, Mark went out of his way to bring a trailer down to my ranch, over 150 miles from their shop location in New Braunfels, TX, take my Ranger back to their shop and then back to my ranch the next day to deliver fixed. I was more than impressed with their willingness not only to service well and treat me right, but their speed and efficiency with diagnosing and fixing the problem and getting my bike back to me. I can't say I know another company out there that would have taken this approach. Because of this, I can garuntee they've made a life long customer out of me and I will do everything I can to steer business their direction. Thanks to everyone at Woods accle Country!!!!

I have been looking for a bike to replace my old broken one for a while now. I went by and spoke with Joseph about what I wanted. He contacted me about 2 weeks later and I purchased the bike he showed me. I always buy used and rarely get everything that I want, but this time, I got EXACTLY what I wanted. It took a little dickering with Joseph, but he came through for me. I appreciate that.

I went on some great riding day trips in the Texas hill country with a hotel base in New Braunfels. Sunday evening I experienced a rear flat tire on my Yamaha VStar 650. I was scheduled to ride back to my Houston home on Monday but all of the motorcycle repair shops were closed that day. Woods Cycle Country's service shop got me back in good riding shape Tuesday morning allowing me to get back home Tuesday before the rain hit Wednesday. While I waited for my repair, everybody I met in the Woods Cycle store were very friendly and helpful. They have coffee, popcorn, and numerous motorcycles on the show-room floor. We bought my son his first bike from here today for his birthday, they made it such an enjoyable experience and everyone in the shop was just as stoked as my son, we all shared our stories about our first bikes.
